The following is an outline of our guarantees. The included guarantee outline is for the purpose of reference only and in no was is an agreement between K9 Working Dogs International, LLC, any of its companies or web sites and any other party whatsoever.

General Guarantee

K9 Working Dogs International, LLC places guarantees on all services, dogs & products in an effort to establish a line of trust between K9 Working Dogs and the customer. K9 Working Dogs guarantees that the quality of the service, dog or product is what is represented by K9 Working Dogs. If at any time the service, dog or product fails to demonstrate the quality represented in writing or contractual form; K9 Working Dogs will fix or replace the service, dog or product as it feels necessary.

Dog Guarantee

K9 Working Dogs International, LLC sells trained and untrained dogs. Every sales contract has a full written guarantee in detail that covers all areas of K9 Working Dog's guarantees, replacement intentions and process.

The written Guarantee covers the following areas (in most cases)

• Health
• Training
• Suitability
• Replacement

Training Guarantee

K9 Working Dogs International, LLC guarantees that, upon graduation from any K9 Working Dogs Training Program each dog will retain his/her training knowledge and training level for LIFE.

If at any point a customer who's dog has completed a K9 Working Dogs Training Program feels their dog no longer retains the training that was given the dog; they may, at that time choose one of the following options:

• Attend K9 Working Dogs Classes with their dog at one of the K9 Working Dogs Training Centers. (There will be no cost for this option.)
• Send their dog to K9 Working Dogs for In-Center Training. (There will be no cost for the training, however, there is a $35.00/day fee for boarding the dog during the time he/she is in training.)
